Food

I'd never had brussle sprouts until I married Rob and I don't know how I lived without them. Add a little butter and salt and pepper and it's perfect! I also made some cheesy roasted garlic mashed potatoes that were to amazing with the lamb.
I picked lamb chops instead of leg of lamb simply for the presentation and I'm glad I did. They were beautiful and with the balsamic reduction they were just mouth watering (if I do say so myself) I made chicken cause I wasn't sure everyone would like the lamb, I used the same spices and sauce so it worked great together.
